Learning outcomes

Course consists of 1 hour live training per week, using Zoom or TEAMS at an hour of your choosing. Ideally groups up to 20 max to keep quality and ensure interaction. PDF course materials in simple form and mp3 exercises, alongside 6 week email support, while your team complete the course.
