If you get easily distracted by your thoughts, worry too much about the future, get stuck dwelling in the past, have difficulty sleeping or relaxing? Learning mindfulness meditation can support your overall health and wellbeing.

Practicing mindfulness can be difficult if we pursue it on our own. Books and Apps can fall short or our expectations if we have no road map to follow. Learning the basics with a teacher can put us on the right track and provide support to navigate our busy minds and hectic lives.

What is on offer?

Free Mindfulness Sessions

In these 1 hour free sessions we explain the what, why and how of mindfulness. Discover for your self how mindfulness can benefit you and start your journey into a more mindful life. Delivered live via Zoom with discussion and practice. We learn more when we communicate in groups, but their is no pressure to participate.

8 Week Mindfulness Based Living Course -MBLC

Taking a more in depth approach to learning mindfulness with this classic and well researched course. This course will bring a change of perspective to your life if you can commit to regular practice and attending each week.


1:1 sessions

Typically 1.5 hour sessions to start your journey or to support your existing practice and health and wellbeing. Times to suit you. This is not counselling or therapy, more coaching and guidance in a mindful context, using mindfulness inquiry and practice as tools for conversation.
