Free Introduction Sessions
In this 1 hour free introduction session we explain the what, why and how of mindfulness. Discover for your self how mindfulness can benefit you and start your journey into a more mindful life. Delivered live via Zoom with discussion and practice, We learn more in when we communicate in the group, but their is no pressure to participate with video or mic in this session. Questions are answered relating to mindfulness practice only. Receive your link for Zoom when you book your place.

4 Week Short Course
For people who are short on time, but know they need to address their busy minds and lifestyles. Learn the practices that can help to start you off in the right direction.

Taking a more in depth approach to learning mindfulness with this classic and well researched course. This course will bring a change of perspective to your life if you can commit to regular practice and attending each week.
Typically 1.5 hour sessions to start your journey or to support your existing practice and health and wellbeing. Times to suit you. This is not counselling or therapy, more coaching and guidance in a mindful context, using mindfulness inquiry and practice as tools for conversation.
