Mindfulness for men is an interesting concept to try. In this group we learning mindfulness in an 8 week 'Mindfulness based living' course. Lots of techniiques to learn for helping us to relax and feel safe within ourselves. Promoting a sense of wellbeing and skills for life.

This course was a trial to encourage men to try something completely different.
