NHS - Forensic team
An afternoon spent taking a mindful approach to team building and self awareness. Working through several short mindfulness exerscise with plenty of discussion and reflection on team and wellbeing. The end of day was chance for the team to come up with their own ways forward, things to stop, start and continue.
Wellbeing in all team development days.
Time out - focused on team rather than business.
Temperature checks of wellbeing - groups/emails/individuals.
Project hope into all interactions.
Really listen to what is driving negativity and concern.
No lunch time meetings unless you can eat.
Being a mood hoover when complaining about mood hoovers.
Getting to know you, opportunities in pathways.
Clear expectations about people not having to respond out of normal working hours/meetings/emails.
