Remote mindfulness for wellbeing.

Working with HR to promote mindfulness for wellbeing while working from home. Introducing concepts of mindfulness and resilience in a 1 hour workshop with back up web page and supporting workbooks. Lock-down is creating new ways of working for many people. In the education sector it has been a massive change since the COVID 19 outbreak. Working and teaching from home brings its own  stresses and pressure. Learning how to deal with  things using a mindful perspective can help people to cope and find a way through.
