Here are some other exercises for you to try. They are very similar to the ones we did in class. Some have voice only and some have sound.

Settling the mind  just sitting and breathing

3 minute breathing space with background sound  take three minute to focus on breath, body and space

 water, wind and chimes sounds  just sounds

Exam preparation this is the routine to practice on the run up to exams.

Here is a course that can be delivered over an eight week period, however bespoke shorter courses can be arranged and planned.
