Training with FDT brings skills and resources to help people focus and become more aware of themselves and others around them. Learning that helps calm the mind and be more aware at work. What better way to encourage staff to learn new skills if it is attached to their wellbeing.

Before coming to work employees are already under pressure from external factors such as partners both working, child care, care of elderly parents, families living apart, financial pressures, rising prices and more. They bring this stress into the workplace to a job that usually involves, communicating with different types of people and dealing with data and technology, keeping up with procedures, policies and deadlines, making decisions and more. The greater the resilience and the ability to use 'soft skills', the greater chance of a healthier more productive workplace.

Maximise your attendance for staff training

By utilising your own training rooms, your workforce can attend training sessions throughout the day. Sessions range from 45 minutes to 2 hours with class sizes dependent on site facilities.
